Kilka tygodni poźniej.
Po przesłuchaniu kilku książek (Atomic habits – James Clear, Why has nobody told me this before? – Julie Smith, The 5 second rule – Mel Robins) powiedziałem sobie, że będę pisał dwa razy w tygodniu. W środy i w soboty. Środa minęła bezowocnie. Nastała sobota, więc siadam i piszę.

Nawyk – w terminologii psychologii zautomatyzowana czynność (sposób zachowania, reagowania), którą nabywa się w wyniku ćwiczenia (głównie przez powtarzanie).
Mam zamiar przełamać swoje złe nawyki z biegiem czasu. I jestem całkowicie świadomy, że nie będzie to ani łatwy ani szybki proces.
Postawiłem sobie jednak za punk honoru zmienić to co nie do końca jest dobre (bo nie jest to złe).
Minęło dziesięć lat… jak jeden dzień. I nie żałuję choćby sekundy. Nie zmieniłbym nic. Wspaniałe było spędzić wieczór we dwoje, chociaż byliśmy wykończeni po całym tygodniu pracy. Cudownie było posłuchać Peer Gynt Griega w wykonaniu szwedzkiej filharmonii, czekać na metro i zjeść maca po drodze. Miło było zostawić świat za sobą, choćby tylko na kilka godzin.
